Birdhouse Neighborhood Center
The Birdhouse Neighborhood Center is a historic house located near downtown Knoxville, Tennessee, which offers events and resources to the Fourth & Gill neighborhood as well as providing a public and private event rental space downstairs and offices for long-term business tenants upstairs. The Center is owned by the Fourth & Gill Neighborhood Organization, a 501(c)(3) not-for-profit.

Tennesseans for the Arts Specialty License Plate Program
The Birdhouse Neighborhood Center is a member of Tennesseans for the Arts. A portion of funds from the purchase of certain Specialty License Plates supports the arts. TFTA promotes and defends the Specialty License plate program and works to ensure these funds are protected and available to support arts organizations and projects in all of Tennessee's 95 counties.
